All orders are processed, verified and shipped within 5-7 business days or sooner.

Return Policy:

All returns must be in their original packaging. Items to be returned must be in new condition. If there is any noticeable wear, the item(s) simply cannot be returned. Returns for refund must be made within 15 days of receipt of purchase. Standard production orders may be cancelled within 24 hours.  Orders cancelled after 24 hours will be subject to a 15% restock fee. All shipping charges for returning products to us(GVOC Productions-Returns P.O Box 161485 Hialeah Fl, 33016) must be paid by the returnee. We do not reimburse shipping charges.
